GFSI is the Global Food Safety Initiative Act that regulates the Standard for the Food Industry.  It encompasses Food Quality, Food Safety, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Codex Alimentarius.  It also adopts all Federal Regulations and US Pharmacopeia Standards as well as all EPA standards.
